Organizing

All organizations maintain some form of organizational structure or chain of command. We work with your City, County, Special Districts, Institutions of Higher Education, or Non-governmental organization in the most effective way to incorporate or align your organizational structure and culture with the ICS structure to allow for the effective use of these ICS structure and principles.

The Incident Command System (ICS) specifies an organizational structure for incident management that integrates and coordinates a combination of personnel, equipment, facilities, procedures, and communications. Using ICS for every incident or event helps hone and maintain skills needed to coordinate efforts effectively. ICS is used by all levels of government as well as by many NGOs and private sector organizations. ICS is applicable across disciplines and enables incident managers from different organizations to work together seamlessly.
