The purpose of the Multi-Year Training and Exercise Plan (TEP) is to document the organization’s overall training and exercise program priorities for the period of three years.
Design and Deliver Discussion or Operational Based Exercises for the EOC Staff and Field Responders. These exercises follow the Department of Homeland Security, Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) and are consistent with a Multi-Year Training and Exercise Plan. All exercise lead planners are FEMA Certified Master Exercise Practitioners (MEP).
Establish a Primary and Secondary Emergency Operations Center (EOC).We designed and equipped the EOC with the necessary equipment, tools, technology, and materials needed to organize, equip, stock, and prepare for activation.
Developing a Multi-Year Training and Exercise Plan and Identifying ICS Position Roles for Employees and Management.Provides a structured plan for meeting NIMS and SEMS training and exercise goals over a period of three years. Identifying and training personnel to hold specific Incident Command System (ICS) positions within an Incident Command Post (ICP), Emergency Operations Center (EOC) or Business Emergency Operations Center (BEOC).
Authoring Emergency Operations Plans, Hazard Mitigation Plans, Planning Annexes, Continuity Plans, and Emergency Action Plans.Our collaborative planning process allows Federal, Tribal, State, County, and Municipal governments and agencies, Institutions of Higher Education, Non-governmental organizations, and the business community to review current best practices, follow and meet the standards and guidelines established by FEMA, CalOES, and OSHA and engage with the whole community to ensure a comprehensive and inclusive plan. This process allows for the establishment and application of your own policy and procedures for prevention, protection, response, recovery, and mitigation actions.
Ensure Standardized Emergency Management System (SEMS) and National Incident Manangement System (NIMS) Training Mandates are met for Field Responders and EOC Staff. We also ensure you meet OSHA and Clery Act Training Mandates.We also provide advanced and position specific Incident Command System training. Our instructors are California Governor's Office of Emergency Services Outreach Instructors, and are State of California and FEMA certified instructors.
